Carols by Candlelight? Exactly what it says on the tin. Basically, you'll have a community carols event (usually outdoors in a big park), and everyone will sit on picnic rugs, people on stage will lead carols, and everyone will sing. Plus there are performancey items, and Santa. Also, it's usually done in the early evening, so everyone lights candles and waves them.
