The first one made me giggle a lot, cause when I first started reading, I was like, "Really, Deird? Tropes much?" And then I got it and it was hilarious.

Heh.
(For the record - if I ever describe a couple as "perfect", you can pretty much bet I'm being extremely tongue-in-cheek.)
