Hoo boy! Do I feel your pain on this one. I am ridiculously susceptible to this (along with sunburn). My da, who insists on traveling to all sorts of places that lead to heat "exhaustion" has so given up on worrying about uncoolness that he wraps a t-shirt around his head and keeps pouring water on it, in addition to drinking lots of water.
