Yay for muffins and bonfires!
(did you mean an open fire, or a slow-combustion heater? A bonfire indoors would be....brave...)
Fires are great! I've been lighting ours the past two nights- nothing like it for getting everyone in teh house reading in front of it, telly off. Amazing.
Although, it does require constant cleaning out of ash, and fetching of wood and kindling, and setting up, and vacuuming constantly as you get dust and scraps of bark and stuff *everywhere* otherwise....
