Does the rest of the world seriously NOT have lemon lime and bitters?

(By which I mean the drink known as LL&B - I'm aware that you guys have lemons.)

o.O

How will I survive?

Mud cake.

Gorgeously thick chocolate cake (usually chocolate, but can be vanilla) very popular at birthday parties with lots of guests.
The reason being, it's so thick (no really - even thicker than you're thinking - really) that you only need a tiny piece, so the cake can feed lots of people.

It's also popular as a wedding cake for people (like me) who don't like fruit cake.

If you google "mud cake", then you'll find a few thousand recipes (I just linked you to the first one), some of which of incredibly delicious, and all of which are extremely decadent.
