New Gardener
The area outside my front fence is now home to some luxuriously green bushes, bedecked with beautiful purple and yellow flowers.
...or rather, it will be.
Right now, it's a long strip of dirt, with lumpy bits of clay and old tree root popping out at random intervals, and a couple of bits of greenery sprouting out in the middle, that you'd probably think were weeds unless you looked closely.
But the lady at the nursery assures me that, in a month or so, they'll start turning into lovely bushes covered in very pretty flowers.
*is anxiously waiting to see if they wither and die*
