This just goes on and on, lol. And yeah, no real right or wrong...
We have what we call a "hutch," but it's not the same as a china cabinet. It's a big piece of furniture (over six feet tall), but no glass doors. It has open shelves on top and cabinets below.
I have a similar thing except there are glass doors that close over the shelves, and that's what we call a china cabinet.
