You know, as much as I dislike season 8, right now I'm actually missing it.

Mainly because every new issue brings many fun and snarky posts from members of my flist, plus lots and lots of crackfic.


What are we going to do to relieve the boredom until November? We need something controversial and insane to happen - so that we can all get extra snarky about it! Quick! Someone think of something!



For instance:

I HAVE JUST REALISED THAT TARA IS THE MOST EVIL PERSON EVER IN THE HISTORY OF TELEVISION. SHE'S NASTY. AND IN LEAGUE WITH MAGGIE WALSH. AND POSSIBLY SOULLESS.

Apparently Emma Peel has rather a cult following to this day, although I've seen a couple of eps and can't really see what the fuss was about. Possibly you had to have been there.

I for one am glad for the quiet, but Tara totally was evil. In fact, she and Warren were working together in order to drive Willow to the dark side. She seduced poor Willow into thinking she was a lesbian, then dumped her and made her quit magic so she'd be extra needy when Tara took her back, then had Warren kill her so that Willow would go dark and destroy the world. (Come ON! Do you really think Warren shooting her like that was a coincidence? Right through the heart, through an upstairs window, from the BACKYARD? Yeah, THAT'S likely. Tara was TOTALLY IN ON IT.)
