Opinions on Charthia

For all you literary-inclined folks:

I've started doing stuff with Charthia again, this time with Merotia (a country that is in the middle of Charthia - it's a long story). Anyway, I've got a small town that was established purely as somewhere for the Merotian parliament to be held. And it needs a name.
Currently my mind is unable to come up with anything better than "Noble Seat". Anyone got a good suggestion?
