I didn't really like Lilah much until season 3 - then I started loving her.

I think the problem with Lilah is that I have only a hazy memory of seasons 3 and 4, so I don't remember much Lilah awesomeness. There are so many other things I dislike in those seasons (Holtz, the suckification of Cordy, Connor, the Wes/Fred/Gunn triangle of woe) that keep me from wanting to rewatch.
