There's a million reasons I could get, but if it'd happened I think we would have seen it. It's a BIG thing. Also he didn't even try during the AR, so, no.
I don't think he ever bit her. It would have been too big a deal for it not to be shown. But she does produce blood regularly and I'd be surprised if he hadn't taken advantage of that.
Yeah, I hit "No" without hesitation. But then realized "Kinda" might have been a better answer, because I do find it hard to believe that he didn't get a taste once a month, if you know what I'm saying. But I don't think he ever bit her.
For Spike, he loved Buffy - and her blood would have been too special at that time of their relationship - I think if he had inadvertantly had some, their would also have been an oblique comment to pick up on his "it's always the blood" speach.
He might have gone down on her during her period, but bitten her? No way. He wouldn't even do that when the First reverted him to mindless-growly-demon.
I say "yes" because of "Sleeper." It wasn't Buffy's voice or her scent that snapped Spike out of The First's haze, but her blood. And some while some have argued that it was because it was slayer's blood, but that makes no sense. The First knew she had slayer's blood, so why tell Spike to "taste" his curse from being its bitch?

Besides the monthly chance, Buffy's in a profession which naturally leads to cuts and bruises, and I don't think Spike is enough of a gentleman to not pay those spots a little extra attention. I mean, come on, she didn't get one scratch during the house-wrecking all-nighter in "Smashed"?
Inevitably, he would have gotten a taste of her blood, but Buffy would have knocked his fangs down his throat if he had bitten her. And he knew that and wouldn't have tried.
Menstrual blood, very likely. Licks from scratches, almost certainly. Feeding from her like Angel or Dracula? No way. She wouldn't want him to and I don't think he would either.
Personally, I think Buffy was hoping he'd bite her and kill her. IMO it's one of the reasons she took up with him. She's seriously depressed and wants to go back to heaven.
And Spike knows that and therefore wouldn't, no matter how tempted.
No. Of course, he has to have an idea of her flavour, from scratches etc, but the point is that when he loves her, no matter that he's actually a monster, he doesn't feel like one.
I went with yes kind of randomly. In a why-not sort of thing - like, it's so something Spike would do during sex, and I could see Buffy getting into it at least once.
With the whole "we would have seen it argument", we didn't see a LOT of their kinky sextimes. But, I dunno, I don't feel terribly strongly.
I think the way that Spike reacted when The First tried to make him feed from her indicates that it was a line he never crossed. But, I suppose we don't have any text actually sayinhg that he never did. It's just my fanwank.
I'm absolutely not a spuffy fan but it seems unlikely, given the 'games' it was implied they were involved in, that they didn't use some 'blood play'. Buffy's depression would certainly have fed, and been fed by, that fantasy and I doubt Spike wouldn't have wanted to try.
One likes to think he would have been safe, but it was as mutually abusive as I've ever seen onscreen in a fantasy series (sorry RL creeping in there) so it would have come up.
Did they though? or, rather did he?
There was certainly no evidence onscreen, but I think it very likely he did, yes.

Nah. Probably was sleepy though, cause that was a crazy amount of mistakes.

Still under Willow & Tara's spell,
