Buffyverse crossbows are designed for very short range (or the bolts would just pass right through the vamps). If Buffy is really far away, she won't be able to hit Faith. And once they get closer, she'll have time to get off one, maybe two shots. Though I like stormwreath's idea.

She's watched Dru for who knows how long. She's bound to have picked up a few things. Plus, thumbs.

Both would have to feed eventually. Jasmine grows weak when she doesn't feed. Glory just gets crazy.

Although there is the ever-present danger that Glory might turn into Ben halfway through the battle.
