My Day, in D&D Terms

This morning, I woke up early, thanks to my cat of +6 anxious meowing.

I wrote some fic on the train, for still_grrr. Although I had planned to write a fic of +5 poignancy and seriousness, I ended up writing a fic of +3 crossoveriness and +2 hilarity.
(still_grrr, by the way, is currently in a state of -4 fic submissions, so if you're a ficcer, please feel free to contribute. We need more fic!)

I had a workday of -3 interesting stuff to do, but was quite happy due to an iPod of +5 funky country music.

Unfortunately, on my way home I used a lift of -3 punctuality, and arrived at the station just as my train was pulling out.

The weather is currently +6 to getting stuff dry, and -3 to horrible burning nastiness, so I have hung clothes out to dry, and am wearing jeans - just because I can without dying of heat-exhaustion.

This evening, I plan to watch Xena episodes of +4 entertainment.

My sister has, AFAIK, gone home today, with new baby of +100 cute adorableness in tow. She is probably very busy, so I have unfortunately concluded that this will be a day of -3 nephew visiting.

Also, after a 6 month search for new Doc Martens to replace my current Docs of -3 good-as-new-ness (part of my wardrobe since my final year of secondary school), I have finally found a shop that sells them, and have bought new cherry-red boots of +2 funkiness and +5 stompiness. Woo!

I'm in the middle of rediscovering Xena right now. Haven't watched it in years. I used to run home after school in time to watch it, and sit avidly through the closing credits until the "No fire-breathing monkeys of doom were harmed during the making of this motion picture" bit...
