I think becoming a slayer was probably the most significant. Although, the other choices are very significant as well.

Tara, skipping the long important process was one of the most romantic moments in the whole series. Period. Such a beautiful scene.

Xander in a bra. Nuff said.

The Buffybot cracked me up. You just know JM and SMG laughed their asses off doing those scenes.

Being a Watcher, of course. Even after he was fired, he kept doing it for free.
