Yeah, "lemonade" for us is lemon juice, sugar, and water. It has the potential to be mouth-puckeringly awesome or ultra lame. Chic-Fil-A is the only place that I know of that gets it right every time, but if my husband takes a sip it turns his face inside out :D
The closest things I can come up with for lemony fizzy stuff would be Sprite or 7-up, neither of which are terribly lemony, to me anyway...
and in MS, anything fizzy is called a "coke." In the North, anything fizzy is called a "pop." Me, I call it a carbonated beverage. :D
