Yep. One of the many reasons I'd like to live in England.
(Please be noting the comment below, in which immer_am_lesen asks about air-con for being at my house on Friday night. One of the most annoying things about summer is that it's quite often 30 degrees (86 F) overnight - which makes getting to sleep pretty tricky.)
I spend most of the summer with my curtains shut, blinds pulled down, and the air-con on full-blast. And I still boil.
