Doctor Who And The Scariest Monsters Ever
Nov. 22nd, 2007 07:58 amWell, I've finally seen Blink. And I agree - the Weeping Angels are FREAKY.
Overnight, they have jumped to the top of my highest-potential-to-induce-nightmares list, ahead of the Gentlemen, the Cybermen, the slugs from Quortoth, and even Sid's frankensteinish creations from Toy Story. Which is odd, really - technically speaking, getting shoved backwards through time isn't nearly as bad as my heart being ripped out, or my brain being inserted in a robot, or all the liquid being sucked from my body, or my backyard being filled with my sister's dolls. But they still freak me out much more.
I came very close to sleeping with the lights on.
