I'm actually a big fan of Dawn (as you might have noticed), and I'm starting to like Connor more and more. But they're definitely both in the throes of grumpy teenager-hood. The desert island idea might be worth looking into...

Actually, you could probably blame it on some very boring uni lectures, and my sister getting pregnant.
I had to spend hours at uni in a room with only two options: listening to the lecturer (not gonna happen), or writing something (so I could look like I was listening). And one day I started wondering if I could list all the episodes in order, from memory. It took a while, but I managed it. And the only way to do that is to get it really clear in your mind how they all relate to each other (Spike is getting kicked out of the Magic Box, so that's after he tells Buffy he loves her in Crush, but before he leaves Joyce flowers in Forever...).
Plus, my sister got pregnant, and I decided to make a cross-stitch for my nephew. Or niece, maybe... I had to do a 'boy' cross-stitch and a 'girl' one, and finish them both in the six months before my sister was due to give birth. Which basically meant spending all day, EVERY day stitching in front of the tv. I think I got through all of Buffy four times before I finished...
