this week's Doctor Who

About half an hour before watching Turn Left, I was watching Normal Again.
You know, seeing that many alternate realities being played with so expertly can really do strange things to your brain.
It's strange, because when they started the whole Donna-never-met-the-Doctor thing, I was going "Ooh. It'll be interesting to see what Donna is like without the Doctor - getting to be a PA, and not getting pulled into space on her wedding day..." and it didn't really occur to me that the rest of the world might be different too.
And even when the Doctor died, I still didn't get it for a minute.
But then the body count started - Martha, Sarah Jane, the Titanic, the fat monsters, the cars, (and bees! still with the disappearing bees!), and I just sat there, fascinated, and completely appalled at the same time...
You know, Rose Tyler has gone all hardcore, but so has Donna. I'm not entirely sure which one of them rocks more.
And I do love the fact that, with only two words, she could not only send him a message, but let him know exactly who had sent it and why. That's just awesome...
