Problem with a lot of these is that you didn't specify at what point in the show they are :p

Giles would so own an Early Wesley, and pre-powersuck Illiria would absolutely own Willow, but not after they drain her.

Claddagh would win just because of physics.

Buffyverse crossbows are designed for very short range (or the bolts would just pass right through the vamps). If Buffy is really far away, she won't be able to hit Faith. And once they get closer, she'll have time to get off one, maybe two shots. Though I like stormwreath's idea.
