Hairstyles and Holidays

You know the way Cordelia's hair looks in The Shroud of Rahmon?
You know, that haircut that makes everyone freak out the moment they see it?

Yeah...

That's what my hair looks like this morning.

See, the problem is, my hair is currently between-hairstyles. And if I just let it sit flat, it looks like I'm... well, like I'm between hairstyles. It's all different lengths - which, when sitting flat, does not look like exciting layers, but more like I never look in a mirror.

The only alternative is to scrunch my hair up in my fingers to give it "body" ...which makes me look like Cordelia all morning.


Oh well...


I'm going to be on holidays for two weeks (yay!) starting tomorrow. SO VERY NEEDED - my brain has been drifting off to other things all week, rather than actually remembering that I'm at work.

It does, however, mean that I won't have super-fast internet, but will have to make do with incredibly-slow-internet-with-issues. Bear with me...

And anyone who's ever cut their hair and grown it out again will feel your pain. I know mine was at awkward-wacky-length for freakin' ever. Going from boy-short hair to at-my-shoulder-blades-length-hair led to maaaany awkward lengths..
