Hee. This amused me. Though I was pretty much choosing at random cause I think they're all pretty out-there.

Except the last one...cause aliens. Totally. Those guys mess with everything. It's a well-documented phenomenon.

The sinkhole which swallowed up the town of Sunnydale. Because the smaller the town and the bigger the event, the more there is to speculate on.

Half the students were part of some military experiment. Because conspiracy theorists just love that stuff, and we all know conspiracy theorists are insane.

The school blowing up. Because "Teacher's Pet" will never make a good story in any way whatsoever.

And the military is obviously involved. Those guys can do anything in secret, regardless of how often they screw up in public.

#1 The men in chainmail. All the others could be explained away as natural phenomena... but somebody killed those men, and somebody dressed them in chainmail. Why? Also, none of them have US citizenship, and apparently they come from the Near East - even more suspicious!

#2 We know that the last bus out of Sunnydale was full of dangerous international terrorists.

#3 The one about the Mayor sounds like paranoid conspiracy ranting,. The others just sound like you did too many drugs at a party one time.

#4 The substitute teacher one is scary and sexy, and therefore makes a much better story than the others.

#5 Fred's 'disapparance'. She was obviously working for the NSA during that time.

#6 The underground snakes - again, this is a phobia, the others are drug-induced hallucinations.

I put Willow down as the more suspicious just because she tended to wear her crazy in more public places. Between crashing into the police station, holding The Bronze hostage, stopping the bus going out of town...I think her actions would put up more red flags than Buffy's generally more covert operations.
