Yes, and it's been in the teens (Farenheit) here in Coastal MS, where it usually doesn't even frost, much less BURST PIPES like the one in my backyard. *fume*

(Granted, that temperature is an overnight low. But people don't account for those kind of temperatures here when they run water lines.)
