I agree with you on Buffy being successful in whatever career she follows, but I'm not sure about the VP of Product Development route. I think she'd be more likely to go self-employed; she doesn't work well with heirarchies and rules and authority figures (who aren't her). (Or she might start off in a big corporation, but quickly leave to start her own business).

Yeah, ok, I see that. But she's also so awesome that, depending on the company, she might just get away with making her own rules from the inside...

Anyway, I realized a while back that the scariest, but arguably best, bosses I've worked for have been women a bit like Buffy. Doing the impossible is easier and less dangerous than crossing someone like her.
