The story I'm writing for the cya_ficathon has just passed 2800 words. Which means it's now officially the longest fanfic I've ever written.
And it's still not finished...
Yep, that's right. The longest fic I've written (and possibly the longest piece of fiction, fanfic or otherwise) is a request from someone else, starring two of the characters I have the shakiest grasp on.
It's kinda nerve-wracking.

...which sort of begs the question: who would win, fanfic ninjas or fanfic pirates? And what are fanfic pirates, anyway?
(I can't be the only one stressing, can I? Other people must be freaking out too...)

Date: 2008-06-27 10:58 am (UTC)Well, I'm thinking that fanfic pirates could be people that steal fanfics..Not totally sure how one does that. But aaanyway..
So that means fanfic ninjas are always creating fanfics, and then the pirates are always trying to steal them! But clearly, since there are still fanfics floating around in our corner of the net, the ninjas are winning!

Definitely not. -eye twitch- I love my assignment, I really do, but I'm definitely there with you in freak-out corner.
